Serving Instructions
As needed, anytime, take 1 capsule before eating or drinking. Alternatively, as needed, take 1 capsule away from food or drink if wanting to support uterine comfort during the menstrual cycle, occasional nausea from pregnancy or healthy histamine levels in your digestive system. Capsules may be opened and sprinkled on a bite of food. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.
