Many herbalists believe that the angustifolia variety of echinacea is the best way to take this herb and that the root is superior to whole plant tinctures. Our tincture strength is high:1ml is the equivalent of 333mg of herb. We use alcohol as this is the most efficient method to gain the synergistic benefits of the whole herb.

Serving Instructions

2ml to 5ml (20 to 50 drops) three times a day in a small amount of water. Some people prefer to take tinctures in fruit juice or other flavoured drinks
