We use the same high tincture strength as many professional herbalists. Astragalus root is also known as huang qi or yellow vetch. 1ml is the equivalent of 333mg dried Astragalus root. We use alcohol as that is the most effective way to extract the synergistic benefits of the whole herb. Suggested intake levels are very small (up to 4ml three times a day)

Serving Instructions

2ml to 4ml (20 to 40 drops) three times a day in a small amount of water. Children 6-12 years old 1 to 1.5ml (10 to 15 drops) three times a day
