Folates contribute to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy. Iron contributes to the normal functioning of red blood cells, haemoglobin and the transport of oxygen in the body. Chromium contributes to the normal transportation of iron in the body and helps maintain normal blood glucose levels. Folates, vitamin B12, vitamin D, iron, calcium, magnesium and zinc contribute to the process of cellular division. Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, iron and magnesium help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
